摘  要:提出了一种基于TLC2934和数字信号处理DSP(Digital Signal Processing)技术的高频电力阻波器高频参数测试仪实现方法,利用频率合成器芯片TLC2934和DSP芯片TMS320F2812自带的定时器共同产生频率间隔可调的方波作为信号源和同步采样信号,将取样得到的数据进行傅里叶变换,得到信号的向量值,进一步计算得到阻抗及电阻分量值。找出了整个测量频带内各个点的同步采样频率,利用内建的函数表即可方便地计算信号向量值。可进行点频或扫频测量,测得的数值可达到相当于差接电桥法测量的精度(1%)。Based on frequency synthesizer TLC2934 and DSP(Digital Signal Processing) technique, an implementation scheme of high frequency parameter meter for power line trap is presented. It uses TLC2934 and the internal timer of TMS320F2812 to produce the variable square waves as the source signal and the synchronous sampling signal. In DSP chip, the sampled signals are transformed into vector form using Fourier -transformation and the impedance and resistance components are calculated. The synchronous sampling frequency of each point covering whole measuring band are found. With the internal function table, the vector values are calculated easily. Both point-frequency and sweeping-frequency measurements can be realized. The measurement accuracy is equivalent alike to that of differential bridge method (1%).
