摘  要:海参是我国民间食疗的重要补品,具健体壮阳之功效。海参皂甙(Holothurin)是海参水提取物的主要成分。本文报道了海参水提取物在中国对虾(Penaeusorientalis)体内具有阻遏诱变剂镉被对虾肌体吸收和积累的作用,经化学分析和遗传毒性分析均一致证明该提取物是诱变剂镉的有效阻遏剂或抑制剂,能有效地提高对虾机体抗毒性作用。Seacucumber is rich in nutrients which has been considered by Chinese to be a nourishing seafood. It has the efficacy in nourishing the kidney and strengthening the human body. Holothurin is the main constituent in seacucumber abstract with water. Present paper reports its activity of prohibiting Cd^2+ mutagen to be absorbed and accumulated by the prawn body (Penaeus orientalis) and decreasing its genotoxicity. All those were verified by chemical analysis with PRGP and mutagenic test with TradMCN.
