几味中药复方提取液对正常的和丝裂霉素C诱发的淋巴细胞微核率的影响

摘　　要：将茜草、淫羊藿、人参组成复方，提取其水溶成分，观察其对正常的淋巴细胞和用丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）诱发的淋巴细胞的微核率的影响。结果表明，各种浓度的提取液，诱发正常淋巴细胞微核不同，随着浓度的增高，微核率有上升趋势。而对ＭＭＣ诱发淋巴细胞微核的影响不显著。Ｐ＞００５。The aqueous solution was extracted from a compound formed by Rubia Cordifolia L., Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. and Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. The effect of the aqueous solution on the MN rates of both normal lymphocyte and the lymphocyte induced by MMC was surveyed. Results show that the extracted solution of different concentration can induce different MN rates of normal lymphocyte. Along with the rising of the concentration, the MN rate is tending to ascend. However, it can't remarkably affect the MN rate of lymphocyte induced by MMC.P>0.05
