摘　　要：分析了复杂机械产品的设计特征;建立与复杂产品分解结构相对应的树状层级实例库,层级实例库是一组相关联的子实例库集合的递归结构表示;通过模板定制与复用实现子实例库的定义和编辑,提高了产品树状层级实例库的建库效率;分析了新产品开发的各种模式,并给出了整机产品、子系统、部件、零件等各个层次的设计实例加入层级实例库的方法;以全液压汽车起重机基于实例的设计工具开发为例,说明层级实例库建库工具和建库方法的应用。The feature of complex mechanical product design was analyzed. A multi--case--base corresponding complex product decomposition was established, which was a group linked to the collection of sub--cases of recursive structure. Sub--cases were defined and edited through customizing and reusing of templates, which improved the efficiency of building the multi--case--base. A variety of new product development models were analyzed, and the method of achieving the multi--case for products, subsystems, and parts, etc. were introdaced. As an example, the design tool of the hydraulic truck crane based the multi case base was developed, which explained the application of the tools and the method of building the multi--case base.
