摘 要:建立了一种用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定电合成产物中苯甲醛的方法。采用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.),流动相为甲醇,检测波长为250 nm,外标法定量。苯甲醛的质量浓度在2.0~70.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数r=0.9998(n=3);将本法应用于电合成产物中苯甲醛的测定,其加标回收率为93.0%~97.0%,相对标准偏差为0.05%~1.2%。A new method for the determination of benzaldehyde in electrosynthetie products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. HPLC was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm i. d. ) using pure methanol as mobile phase and the detection was performed by UV detector at 250 nm. Synthetic sampies were injected after diluted by methanol, and quantified by external standard method. When benzaldehyde concentration ranged from 2.0 μg/L to 70.0 μg/L, a good linear relationship was obtained; the correlation coefficient was 0.9998 ( n = 3). It has been applied to the determination of benzaldehyde in electrosynthetic products with satisfactory results. The recoveries were from 93.0% to 97.0%; the relative standard derivations were between 0.05% and 1.2%.
