嗅三针改善老年性痴呆患者嗅觉功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的验证嗅三针治疗老年性痴呆患者嗅觉功能障碍的效果。方法50例老年性痴呆患者均伴有嗅觉功能障碍接受了嗅三针治疗,同时分别于治疗前后进行嗅觉功能检查和长谷川痴呆修改量表评分。结果治疗前,50例患者均为嗅觉缺失;经嗅三针治疗后,12例患者嗅觉恢复,28例患者嗅觉改善、有效率为80.00%。结论嗅三针能够有效改善老年性痴呆患者的嗅觉功能障碍。Objective To testify the effect of Xiu San Zhen in the improvement of senile dementia patients＇osphresis. Methods 50 cases of senile dementia patients with dysosmia received Xiu San Zhen. And their osphretie funetions were examined and they received Hasegawa dementia scale evaluation before and after the treatment. Results All the 50 patients were anosmic before the treatment, and after the treatment, 12 patients＇ osphresis recovered, 28 patients＇ improved, and the effective rate was 80.00 %. Conclusion Xiu San Zhen ean effectively improve the senile dementia patients＇ Osphresis.
