祛异康对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药祛异康对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血液流变学的影响,探讨子宫内膜异位症的发病机制及治疗机理。方法将40只健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为4组,造模成功后分别喂药4W后于大鼠动情期眼球采血,检测血液流变学各项指标及纤维蛋白原指标。结果模型组与对照组、丹那唑组、祛异康组比较血液流变学各项指标均明显升高(P<0.05);祛异康组与丹那唑组比较血液流变学各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症大鼠血液流变学各项指标的测定,可以确定血瘀是子宫内膜异位症的重要发病机理;祛异康能够改变EMS大鼠血液流变学及全身和局部微循环,具有促使病灶吸收、减轻疼痛、抑制异位内膜生长的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Qu Yi Kang on the hemorheology of rats with endometriosis, and to probe into the nosogenesis and treatment of endometriosis. Methods 40 healthy female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. They were given themedicine after modeling, 4 weeks later, the eye blood was sampled during estruation, and the indexes of hemorheology and fibrinogen. Results Compared with the control group, Danazol group and Qu Yi Kang group, the hemorheology indexes of the model group improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05） ; there was no significant difference between the hemorheology indexes of the Danazol group and the Qu Yi Kang group （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The determination of the hemorheology indexes of the rats with endometriosis could confirm that blood stasis is the important nosogenesis of endometriosis. Qu Yi Kang can change the hemorheology of EMS rats as well as the general and local micro - circulation, and has the effects of promoting the absorption of stasis, relieving pain and inhibiting the growth of ectopic endometrium.
