硅橡胶乳房假体取除18例报道

摘　　要：用硅橡胶乳房假体隆乳，在我国应用已有１０多年，但具体作了多少例隆乳术，又取除了多少例，无法准确统计。本文报道取除１８例。取除原因，多为乳房硬化，其次为假体破裂（或可疑破裂）。基于上述原因，我们认为隆乳术的适应证应从严掌握，并提出几条讨论意见。It has heen more than ten years since the performing of augmentation mammoplasty with silicone-gel in our country. So far, there haven't any statistics of how many augmentation mammoplasties having been done and how many cases of implants being taken out from patients. This article reports that implants have been taken out from 18 cases. The main cause is mammary sclerosis, an other is mammary implant rupture. Accordingly, We think that the indication of mammary augmentation shoold be controled strictly, and presents our idears for discussing as following. 
