甲功检查在心脏异常初筛及恢复中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲功检查在心脏异常初筛中的意义,确定甲功异常与心脏异常的相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法对100例心脏异常患者T3、T4、TSH水平进行检测,进行统计学分析。结果:所测定的100例心脏异常的患者中,有20例患者是由甲状腺功能异常引起。结论:甲功异常与心脏异常有一定的相关性,甲功检查可作为心脏异常患者初筛项目或确诊的辅助手段。Objective： To discuss the meaning of thyroid function tests on primary screen of cardiac disorders diagnosis and determine the relationship between the level of thyroid hormone and cardiac function. Methods： The triiodothyronine （T3）, thyroxine （T4）, thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） in 100 patients with cardiac disorder were detected by radioimmunity. Results： Twenty among 100 cases with cardiac disorder were caused by abnormal thyroid function. Conclusion： The results of thyroid function tests are correlated with cardiac disorders. The thyroid function tests can be a good means in primary screen of cardiac disorders.
