细辛脑注射液佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察细辛脑注射液佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法选择喘息性支气管炎患儿共100例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,两组均给予常规抗感染等对症治疗,治疗组加用细辛脑注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),咳喘消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细辛脑注射液佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of Asarone injection on asthmatic bronchitis of children. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group. The children in control group were received regular treatment, and the others in treated group were treated with Asarone injection on above base. Results The rate of efficiency in treated group was higher than in the control group, and the clinic symptoms such as cough,wheeze and rales were alleviated more rapidly in the treated group than that in the control group ,the difference were remarkable statistically（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Asarone injection is an effective and safe adjuvar for the asthmatic bronchitis of children.
