摘 要:根据双胶纸印刷特性建立了印刷适性综合评价体系,将纸张质量数值化,便于比较纸张优劣;利用层次分析法计算出各指标的权重系数,结果表明:双胶纸的各性能指标中,吸墨性指标影响最大(权重系数达0.13);其次平滑度、松厚度、抗张强度、吸湿性等因素也有一定影响;而撕裂度、酸碱性等因素影响较小。最后通过实例验证了此评估体系的有效性。According to the characteristics of offset printing paper, a printability evaluation system was established, so that the quality of the paper was numerical value and easy to compare. The weight coefficients of paper quality indicators were calculated with AHP. The result showed that in all indicators, the ink absorption is the most important index (its weight coefficient is 0.13) ; followed is the smooth, thickness, tensile strength, hygroscopicity, and other factors; but tearing strength and pH is less important. Finally, the validity of the assessment system was verified with example.
