摘　　要：目的:建立复方益肝丸中丹皮酚的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAKC_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(38:62)为流动相;检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚线性范围为0.043～0.869μg,平均加样回收率为99. 8%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:该方法重复性好,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。To establish the method to determine the content of paeonol in compound Yigan pills by HPLC. Method： The determination was carried out on SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAKC18 column（ 250mm × 4.6mm ,5 μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrilewater（38： 62） and detection wavelength at 274nm. Result： The linear range was 0. 043 to 0. 869μg for paeonol. The average recovery was 99.8% , and RSD was 0.8% （n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and highly reproducible. It can be a method for quality control of compound Yigan pills.
