网状钛柱植入治疗成人股骨头坏死

摘　　要：目的观察网状钛柱植入治疗成人中晚期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法采用AO网状钛柱植入32例40髋坏死塌陷股骨头内，网状钛柱内填满自体髂骨骨粒，撑起塌陷的股骨头。结果所有病例均获得随访，随访时间1～4年，平均2．5年，28例疼痛消失，3例疼痛轻度，1例疼痛中度。所有术前ARCOⅢ期者均恢复同心圆形状，疗效按Harris评分，优23髋，良16髋，差1髋，优良率为92．7％。结论网状钛柱植入治疗成人中晚期股骨头坏死有较好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of the reticulate titanium column to treat adult osteonecrosis of femoral head. Methods AO reticulatetitanium columns stuffed full with self - body iliac bone grain were implanted into the necrotic area of femoral head in 32 patients （40 hips）classified as stageⅡB to stage Ⅲ according to ARCO classifying. Results All the patients were followed up from 12 to 48 months with the mean of 30 months. Postoperatively, 28 cases were pain free , 3 had mild pain, and 1 had moderate pain. The collapsed femoral head in all the cases with stage Ⅲ were recovered concentric circleshape. The effect were evaluated according to the Harris score. Twenty -three hips were excellent. Fourteen hips were good and 1 hips was poor. Conclusions It has the better clinical effect to treat adult osteonecrosis of femoral head with the reticulate titanium column implanted into the collapsed femoral head.
