防铬污染皮化新材料应用探讨

摘　　要：本文介绍了ＰＣＰＡ防铬污染助剂在铬鞣工艺中的应用。结果显示：采用该工艺，铬利用率达９５％以上，鞣制废液中Ｃｒ２Ｏ３含量低于０．２ｇ／ｌ；与常规工艺相比，成革更加柔软、丰满且成革利用率达９３％。Abstract This paper described the applied experiment of PCPA assistant agent for chrome tannage in detail. The result showed that 95 percent chrome exhaustion rate, chrome content below 0.2g/l in effluent were obtained, the resultant leather was softer, fuller and with 93 percent useful rate.
