摘　　要：目的:研究武警部队医院建立处置突发事件药品保障系统,以保障突发事件药品救援的及时、有效性。方法:依据突发事件易致疾病的分类、严重程度等,将救援药品划分为通用药品模块、群体性事件救援药品模块、水灾救援药品模块、地震救援药品模块、雪灾救援药品模块、火灾救援药品模块和传染疫情救援药品模块,在实际救援中灵活组配、适当调整。结果与结论:研究药品保障系统模块,能有效提高处置突发事件行动的应急反应能力和医疗救援水平。在汶川地震救援中,本系统模块充分缩短了救援准备时间,提高了救援准备效率,发挥了较大的作用。OBJECTIVE： To establish public emergency drug supply system in hospital of Armed Police Forces so as to ensure prompt and effective drug supply in case of emergent events. METHODS： Based on the types and severity of diseases likely developed in public emergency events, the common relief drugs were divided into common disease relief module, com- munity incident rescue module, flood-related disease rescue module, earthquake disease rescue module, snow related disease rescue module, fire - related disease rescue module and epidemic situation rescue modules. The way to assemble modules in real relief should be flexible and adaptable. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The study on modules of drug supply can effectively enhance the emergency reaction and medical rescue level in case of emergent events. In Wenchuan earthquake, the medical supply system module played an important role in that it helped shorten the setup time of rescue and increase the efficiency of the rescue.
