5%植物灭螺剂有效成分的HPLC定量分析

摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)定量分析植物灭螺可湿性粉剂(产品)有效成分SX-Ⅰ。采用色谱柱:C184.6mm×150mm,5μm;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-乙酸铵(体积比30∶60∶10),流速:1.0mL/min;检测:UV210nm。得出SX-Ⅰ线性范围为100～500mg/L,平均回收率为108.8%,变异系数(RSD)为0.14%。The establishment of quantitative analysis of the active ingredients SX- I of 5% plant molluscicide with high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） provided quality inspection standard for the production. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-ammonium acetate （30：60：10, by vol）. C18 column was used. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength of UV detection was at 210 nm. The linear range of SX-Ⅰ was from 100 to 500 mg/L and the average rate of return was 108.8%, RSD was 0.14%.
