摘  要:建立用气相色谱法测定克百威及其代谢物3-羟基克百威在大豆、大豆植株和土壤中残留分析方法。当添加质量分数为0.05~0.2mg/kg时,克百威在大豆、大豆植株和土壤中回收率分别为87.2%~84.8%、87.7%~85.9%、88.6%~87.1%,变异系数在3.6%~5.0%之间;3-羟基克百威在大豆、大豆植株中回收率分别为87.6%~85.2%、89.3%~87.7%,变异系数在1.5%~5.0%之间。The residual method of carbofuran and its metabolites 3-hydroxycarbofuran in soybean, the plant of soybean and soil by GC was established. With the addition concentration of 0.05-0.2 mg/kg. The average recovery of carbofuran in soybean, the plant of soybean and soil was 87.2-84.8%, 87.7-85.9% and 88.6-87.1%; the coefficient of variation was 3.6-5.0%; and the average recovery of 3-hydroxycarbofuran in soybean and the plant of soybean was 87.6-85.2% and 89.3-87.7%, the coefficient of variation was 1.5-5.0%.
