中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及其对血液流变学指标的影响。方法将患者60例随机分为熏蒸组(药物内服及中药熏蒸)与非熏蒸组各30例(单用药物内服),疗程20d;比较两组急性炎症及血液流变学指标改善情况。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,其治疗后关节压痛数、关节肿胀数减少,晨僵时间缩短优于对照组,ESR、CRP、RF及血液流变学指标改善亦优于对照组。结论中药熏蒸治疗RA具有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and the impact of hemorheology. Methods： 60 patients were divided into fumigation group （ n = 30） and non -fumigation group（ n = 30）, and treated for 20d. The acute inflammation and hemorheology index were recorded to compare. Results： The curative effect, joint swelling and tenderness mending, morning stiffness time shortening, acute inflammation and hemorheology index dropping of treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion： Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of RA has good clinical effect.
