摘  要:目的探讨电针抗痫作用及其对PTZ致痫大鼠海马神经元内钙调素(CaM)表达的影响。方法成年SD大鼠24只随机分为正常组、戊四唑(PTZ)组、电针组、尼莫地平组,观察各组大鼠癫痫发作潜伏期及发作次数,同时采用免疫组织化学SABC法测定PTZ点燃型癫痫发作后大鼠海马神经元内CaM表达及电针和尼莫地平的干预效应。结果电针组癫痫发作潜伏期明显延长、发作次数明显减少;PTZ模型组大鼠海马神经元CaM表达明显增强;电针组及尼莫地平组CaM表达均减弱,两组与PTZ组比较均有差异,电针组优于尼莫地平组。结论电针具有显著抗痫作用,对癫痫大鼠海马神经元CaM表达具有明显的调节作用。Objective: To study the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on anti - epileptic and neuronal expression of ealmodulin(CaM) at hippoeampus in rats with epilepsy(EP) induced by pentylenetetrazol(PTZ). Methods: Twenty - four SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, PTZ group, EA treatment group, nimodipine treatment group. Latency and times of epileptic seizure were observed. The neuronal expression of CaM at hippoeampus in all groups were examined by bistochemistry. Results: In EA treatment group, latency of epileptic seizure was prolonged obviously, and times of epileptic seizure were decreased. The expression of CaM in PTZ group was intensified obviously. The expression of CaM was decreased in EA treatment group and nimodipine treatment group, compared to PTZ group. The effect of EA group was more obvious than nimodipine treatment group. Conclusion: EA has obvious anti - epileptic and adjustment on expression of CaM at hippoeampus in rats with epilepsy induced by PTZ.
