循证护理在预防断指再植术后血管危象中的应用

摘　　要：目的 应用循证护理（EBM）探索断指再植术后血管危象的有效干预方法。方法将84例断指再植患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各42例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用循证护理的方法实施血管危象的护理干预。结果应用循证护理找出断指再植术后血管危象的原因及有效干预方法对断指再植术后的患者进行护理降低了血管危险的发生率。结论循证护理在预防断指再植术后血管危象中的应用，使护理活动由被动变主动，有效地降低了血管危象的发生，提高了断指再植成活率，促进了护理质量的提高。Objective To explore the effective intervention method to prevent vascular crisis after the operation of replantation of amputated finger with Application of evidenced based nursing. Methods 84 cases of replantation of amputated finger were randomly divided into two groups： observe group and compare group. Applieating usual nursing in compare group and evidence - based nursing in observe group. Results To search the cause and the effective intervention method of vascular crisis after the operation of replanlation of amputated finger with evidenced based nursing. Conclusion Applicatia of evidence - based nursing for the prevention of vascular crisis after the operation of rcplantation of amputated finger, so as to raise the survival rate of replantation of amputated finger and promote the nursing quality.
