癌症患者及女性配偶的心理健康状况调查分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的了解癌症患者及其女性配偶的心理健康状况并对所存在的问题采取护理对策。方法采用症状白评量表（SCL-90）对癌症患者及其配偶各362例进行心理健康调查；并抽查100名癌症患者随机分为两组，一组执行一般护理干预（即心理护理、健康教育），为一组在一般护理干预的基础上进行音乐干预。结果癌症患者及其女性配偶的心理健康状况均较差，与国内常模比较，差异显著（P〈0．01）；配偶的心理健康状况比患者本人更差，除抑郁、敌对（P〉0．05）外，其他因子差异显著（P〈0．01）；音乐干预组与一般护理干预组比较，除躯体化、恐惧、精神病性（P〉0．05）外，其他因子差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论癌症患者及其女性配偶的心理健康状况均较差，配偶的心理健康状况比患者本人更需要得到社会与医务人员的关注与支持；音乐护理干预提高心理健康水平优于一般护理干预。Objective Understood the cancer patient and feminine spouse＇s psychologically healthy condition and to the question which exists takes the nursing countermeasure. Methods Uses the symptom from to comment the meter （ SCL - 90） pair of cancer patient and spouse each 362 examples carries on the psychologically healthy investigation; And spot -checks 100 cancer patients to divide into two groups stochastically, a group carties out the general nursing intervention （i. e： Psychological nursing, the health education）, a group carries on music intervention in the general nursing intervention foundation. Results The cancer patient and the feminine spouse＇s psychologically healthy condition is bad, compares with domestic often the mold, difference remarkable （P 〈0. 01 ）; Spouse＇s psychologically healthy condition compared to patient worse, except despondent, hostile （P 〉 0. 05） outside, other factor difference remarkable （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Music intervention group compares with the general nursing intervention group, except somzatization, fear, neurosis outside （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, other factor difference remarkable （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion The cancer patient and the feminine spouse psychologically healthy condition is bad, spouse psychologically healthy condition needs to obtain social and medical personnel attention and the support compared to patient; Music nursing intervention raises the psychologically healthy level to surpass the general nursing intervention.
