摘 要:分别研究了将锅炉软水站排放的含有大量钙、镁和氯离子的再生废水用作脱硫剂和脱硫剂的添加剂。研究表明,再生废水虽然含有大量的钙、镁,但直接用作脱硫剂,其脱硫能力很低;再生废水用作石灰脱硫剂的添加剂,适量载附于石灰吸着剂上时,因吸着剂吸湿性增加,有利于在吸着剂表面形成水膜,并且吸着剂的孔容积增大、孔形及孔径大小等特性也更利于SO2扩散到吸着剂的孔内,从而促进CaO与SO2的反应,最终提高石灰吸着剂脱硫效率及CaO的利用率。Properties of wastewater from boiler water softening station for desulfurization were investigated. Results showed that as a desulfurizer, desulfurizing ability of wastewater was very weak in spite of heavy concentration of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+. While used as an additive of sorbent CaO, proper addition of wastewater can improve both desulfurizing ability and utilization ratio of sorbent. It was shown that hygroscopicity of sorbent can be increased and pore structure of sorbent can be changed after wastewater was loaded, which will favor the reaction between CaO and SO2 as well as lead to increase of desulfurization efficiency and utilization ratio of sorbent.
