摘 要:观察增加运动对单纯性肥胖者血浆胰岛素水平、红细胞胰岛素受体(Q1、Q2)及亲和常数(K1、K2)的影响发现:单纯性肥胖者运动前存在明显的高胰岛素血症,其红细胞膜上胰岛素受体的四个参数均较正常组减低(P<0.05)。增加运动24周后Q1、Q2、K2均出现有意义增加。提示单纯性肥胖者的高胰岛素血症可能由于胰岛素受体数量及亲和能力改变所致,增加运动量有助于改善胰岛素抵抗。The changes of serum insulin and erythrocyte insulin receptors before and after increasing exercise were observed in 36 cases of obesity;30 healthy controls were collected.There was hyperinsulinemia in obesities,and their four parameters Q1,K1,Q2,K2 of erythrocyte membrane insulin receptors were lower than in control group(P<005).There was a significant increase in Q1,O2,and K2 after enhancing exercise for 24 weeks.The results indicated that hyperinsulinemia in obesity may be due to the change of insulin receptors and their affinity to insulin;to enhance exercise may be helpful to decreasing insulin resistance.
