摘　　要：针对目前建筑企业在项目成本控制中存在的问题,提出利用价值工程加强建筑工程项目在施工阶段的成本控制和降低成本措施,以及价值工程在施工项目成本控制中的应用,并证明了价值工程在成本控制中应用的可行性。According to the existing problems in the project cost control of the construction enterprise, the author puts forward that the cost control of the construction engineering project should be strengthened in the construction stage by using the value engineering and the measures to reduce the cost, and the application of the value engineering in the cost control of the construction engineering project, proves that the application of the value engineering in the cost control is feasible.
