摘　　要：本文阐述了当前医院信息管理工作面临的挑战,提出在新形势下的对策:①强化现代信息管理的新理念;②完善信息管理与服务的新模式;③提高人才队伍的综合素质;④跟踪信息科学的新进展。为医院信息管理工作提供经验。This paper describes the current hospital information management to face the challenges put forward in the new situation response： （1） strengthen the modern concept of a new information management; （2） improve information management and services of the new model; （3） improve the overall quality of personnel; （4） tracking information New scientific progress. For the provision of hospital information management experience.
