针刺大鼠内关改善缺血性心电图机制探讨

摘　　要：将大鼠右侧脊髓 C6- T2 前后根切断 ,以隔绝中枢与外周的神经联系 ,并静脉注射垂体后叶素造成大鼠实验性心肌缺血模型 ,然后分别刺激两侧内关穴区的正中神经、尺神经以及肌肉作为对照 ,观察其对心肌缺血心电图的影响。 2 9只大鼠实验结果表明 :刺激右侧正中神经对大鼠急性心肌缺血心电图仍具有明显的改善作用。因而认为这一效应主要是通过脊神经节外周短反射实现的。刺激尺神经作用较弱 ,刺激肌肉无效。提示正中神经是针刺内关的主要神经机制。The animals utlized in this study were 29 healthy rats (180～240g).Rats were anethetized with 20% urethane(0.6ml/100g.ip) and then acute myocardial ischemia (AMI) was produced by pituitrin(0.07u～0.1u/100g.i.v).Following anesthetization and AMI, the Ⅱ,Ⅲ,αVF leads of electrocardiogram(ECG) wre recorded. In order to break off the long reflex which invokes some effects through central nervous system, the ventral roots and the dorsal roots of spinal cord segments cervical 6(C-6)-thoracic 2(T-2) were removed On this condition , stimulating the median nerve under acupoint'neiguan' could improve the ECG. It suggests that the median nerve is main path connecting acupoint' neiguan' and heart short reflex.
