应用国产球囊导管行球囊二尖瓣成形术的体会

摘　　要：应用国产单球囊导管对 7例风心病二尖瓣狭窄患者施行了经皮穿刺球囊二尖瓣成形术。术后患者血流动力学明显改善 ,左房压从 ( 3.18± 0 .94 ) k Pa降至 ( 1.2 9± 0 .60 ) k Pa,平均肺动脉压从( 5.36± 1.66) k Pa降至 ( 2 .94± 0 .85) k Pa,二尖瓣口面积从 ( 0 .91± 0 .0 8) cm2 扩大到 ( 1.80± 0 .2 4 )cm2 ,心功能从 ( 2 .8± 0 .5)级提高到 ( 1.3± 0 .4 )级 ,无严重并发症。平均随访 11个月 ,二尖瓣口面积无明显变化 ,心功能全部维持在 1级。Percutaneous balloon mitral ualvuloplasty(PBMV) was performed with home-made single balloon on 7 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis. Postoperative hemodynamics of all the patients was significantly improved. The mean left atrial perssure lowered from (3.18±0.94) to (2.94±0.85)kPa(P<0.01, mitral valve area increased from (.91±0.08)cm+2 to (1.80±2.24)cm+2(P<0.001), and left atrial diameter reduced from (5.36±1.66)kPa to (2.94±0.85)kPa(P<0.05).Cardac function was raised from (2.8±0.5)to (1.3±0.4) degrees(NYHA, P<0.01). No serious complications were found. At 1 month follow up study, the mean mitral valve area was (1.70±0.25)cm+2, all the patients had their cardiac function 1 degrees(NYHA). The results indicate that PBUV with home-made single balloon is a safe and reliable procedure for freating theumatic mitral stenosis.
