自体骨髓移植治疗前臂骨折骨不愈合及骨缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮自体骨髓移植治疗前臂骨折骨不愈合及骨缺损的临床效果。方法对21例前臂骨折骨不愈合及骨缺损的患者,应用经皮穿刺自体骨髓移植方法进行治疗。结果所有患者随访12～28个月。本组中有20例骨折愈合,其中13例新鲜骨折全部愈合,8例陈旧骨折不愈合中愈合7例,未愈合1例。结论自体骨髓移植经皮注射于骨不愈合及骨缺损部位可以诱导成骨,有修复骨折及骨缺损作用,临床应用简单,对前臂骨折骨不愈合,伴有皮肤损伤的骨缺损有较好的效果。Objective To study the effect of percutaneous autogenous bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of forearm fraetures nonunion and bone defects. Methods 21 patients with forearm fracture nonunion and bone defeet were treated with percutaneous autogenous bone marrow transplantation. Results All the 21 patients were followed up for 12 to 28 months with an average of 16.5 months. 20 cases, including 13 eases of fresh fracture had union, with an average healing time of 7 weeks （4 - 10 weeks）. 7 in 8 eases of obsolete fracture had union, and one case had nonunion, with an average healing time of 12 weeks （3 - 24 weeks）Conclusion Pereutaneous autogenous bone marrow transplantation can induce bone formation at the site of nonunion and bone defect, and repair fracture and bone defects, indicating that it is a simple and effective means in the treatment of nonunion of forearm fracture and bone defect with skin lesions.
