摘　　要：区域创新网络是区域创新主体结成的一种新型产业组织形式,是区域创新激励的重要制度安排。文章针对我国区域创新网络发展过程中存在的问题,提出各地区域创新网络的培育工作须从区域创新网络的选址、地区的优劣势因子分析、创新主体功能、创新环境、路径创造、形成机制的培育等方面予以加强。Regional innovation network is not only a new form of industrial organization of regional innovation, but also an important incentive arrangement. The article analyzes the existing problems through the development of regional irmovation network, then points out that the choose of the regional innovation net work site, the factor analysis of advantages and disadvantages, the main function of innovation subject and innovation environment, the creation of a path, the formation mechanism should be strengthened.
