摘　　要：利用国际海事卫星通信服务功能,在岸基构建二级计算机网络,将船舶机舱监控系统作为航运公司安全监控平台的一个子系统.论述了系统的总体方案框架及其系统的数据和功能结构.以中远集团所辖船舶为实施对象开发成功了岸-船远程机舱动态监控系统.Utilize the communication service function of the INMARSAT, construct two grade computer networks in the land-base, and regard the engine-room monitoring system of vessels as a subsystem of the security platform for shipping company. Describe the overall scheme frame, the data of the system, and the structure function of the system. Regard vessel that the COSCO has jurisdiction over as and implement the target and succeed in developing the land-ship remote dynamic monitoring system of the engine-room.
