摘　　要：针对黑液蒸发工段的工艺和控制要求,设计了基于S7-300 PLC的黑液蒸发工段过程控制系统,从硬件配置和软件设计上进行详细的介绍,综合应用了变频器、电机泵、气动阀等设备,且对液位和黑液浓度控制提出了行之有效的控制算法,如选择性控制、串级控制等。该系统具有高稳定性与快速动态响应特性,既实现了蒸发过程的平稳和黑液浓度的精确控制,又具有很高的可靠性和安全性,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。Aiming at the requirements of the crafts and control for black liquid evaporation process, an effective process control system for this process based on S7--300 PLC is designed. The hardware configuration and software design of this control system is introduced in detail; The application of some equipments such as transducers, electrical pumps, pneumatic valves , are integrated and especially some advanced control algorithms, for example, selection control, cascade control, are applied for liquid level and black liquid concentration control. The control system has the characteristics of high stability and fast dynamic response, having realized steady control in evaporation and accurate control for black liquid concentration, and has high reliability and security. The application result indicates that the control system is accurate and feasible in practical industry.
