茳芒水溶性多糖的提取与含量测定

摘　　要：目的从茳芒中分离出粗多糖,并建立其含量测定方法。方法沸水提取茳芒、醇析、Sevag法脱蛋白,分离出粗多糖,采用蒽酮-硫酸法制得有色糖醛衍生物,用分光光度法进行含量测定。结果该法平均回收率为98.5%,相对标准偏差为1.68% (n=9)。茳芒中多糖含量为3.14%。结论方法简便易行、稳定、快捷,可作为茳芒多糖的质量控制。Objective To extract and establish methods for the determination polysaccharidation of in Semen cassiae sopherae. Methods The polysaecharide were extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol and removed protein by Sevag method. The contents of polysaccharide were determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone method using 625 nm by UV spectrophotometry. Results The recovery rate was 98.5 % with 1.68 % of RSD （ n = 9）. The content of polysaccharide in Cassia sophera L. was 3.14 %. Conclusion The sulfuric acid anthrone method Can be used as quality control for Semen cassiae sopherae.
