摘 要:针对目前普遍使用的铝酸盐体系的稀土蓝色荧光粉在性能和工艺上的研究尚存的问题,对稀土蓝粉进行了综合技术研究,制备了一种稀土氯磷酸盐体系的蓝色荧光粉.给出了制备工艺,分析了测试结果,对影响其发光性能和物理性能的各种因素进行了试验比对和探讨,并与铝酸盐体系的蓝色荧光粉在合成条件、生产工艺、对原材料的要求、发光性能等方面作了比较.结果表明,采用新方法合成的蓝粉在性能和工艺上优于铝酸盐体系的蓝色荧光粉,而且较大地降低了成本,具有良好的应用前景.Regarding the aluminate fluorescent powder, which is used widely at present, there are some remaining issues in research on its properties and preparation methods. Integrated research has been done on the fluorescent powder from rare earth, then a new type of blue fluorescent chlorophosphate powder was synthesized. The preparation methods were shown; the testing results were analyzed; the factors, which affect its luminescent and physical properties, were compared and discussed;the comparison with the aluminate fluorescent powder has been done as well, from the aspects of synthesis conditions, production process, requirements of raw materials and luminescent properties. The results showed that the blue powder synthesized by the new method exceeds the aluminate fluorescent powder from the aspects of both capability and technics. With the lower cost, it shows a huge opportunity in application.
