摘  要:目的探讨低场强MRGET2*WI对膝关节部位隐性骨折的诊断价值。方法28例膝关节隐性骨折病人经低场强MR GET_2*WI与FST_2WI、SET_1WI等不同序列检查,显示隐性骨折情况。结果GET_2*WI、FST_2WI、SET_1WI诊断膝关节隐性骨折准确率分别为96.6%、84.8%、81.4%,隐性骨折以胫骨上端与股骨下端最多见。16例合并膝部韧带损伤,25例合并有半月板损伤,16例合并关节积液。结论低场强MR梯度回波序列成像对膝关节隐性骨折的显现率高,诊断准确可靠,是显示膝关节隐性骨折的理想成像序列。Objective: To explore the value of MR GET2 * WI in the diagnosing of the subtle fractures of knee joint. Methods : Twenty eight cases with subtle knees joint fracture were examined by various sequences of low field intensity MR to show fractures, including GET2 * WI,FST2WI,SET1WI. Results : The accurate rates of GET2 * WI, FST2WI, SET1 WI about the subtle fractures of knee joint were 96.6% , 84.8% , 81.4% respectively. The upper part of tibia and lower part of femurs were most commonly affected. Ligaments of the knee joint were injured in 16 cases, and meniscus of 25 cases was injured. Other injuries with swelling were found in 16 cases. Conclusion: Low field intensity MR GET2 * WI can show the subtle fractures of the knee clearly. The value of low field intensity MR GET2 * I is an ideal sequence to show the subtle fractures of the knee joint.
