摘  要:目的通过基于区域分割的DSA图像伪彩色处理系统,对心脏冠状动脉DSA图像进行处理,对比分析处理前后的图像质量,评价基于区域分割的DSA图像伪彩色处理系统在临床的应用价值。方法采用分水岭算法进行DSA血管图像区域分割,应用彩虹码做为伪彩色编码,以VB和Matlab做为开发平台,设计和开发DSA血管图像伪彩色处理系统,通过该系统对30例心脏冠状动脉DSA图像进行处理,对比分析处理前后的图像质量。结果30例图像经处理后有24例图像质量明显提高,4例有改善,有效率为93.33%。结论基于区域分割的DSA图像伪彩色处理系统能有效提高心脏冠状动脉DSA图像质量,且减少对比剂用量和曝光次数。Objective : To process the DSA coronary heart images through the regionally division - based DSA pseudo - color image processing system, to compare and analyze the image quality in the pre - and the post -processing, and evaluate the clinical application of the regionally division - based DSA pseudo - color image processing system. Methods: The DSA vascular imaging regional division was made through watershed algorithm, with the rainbow color codes for the pseudo - color codes, and VB and Matlab as a development platform, the vascular DSA pseudo - color image processing system was designed and developed, and the pre- and post- processing image quality of 30 cases was compared and analyzed in the coronary heart DSA image processing. Results : Of the 30 cases of the images processed, the quality of 24 images was significantly improved, that of the 4 cases was also improved, and the effective rate was 93.33%. Conclusion: The regionally division -based DSA pseudo -color image processing ssytem can effectively improve the coronary heart DSA image quality, reduce the amount of contrast medium and the frequency of exposure.
