摘　　要：外资银行的进入对我国银行业形成严峻的挑战,研究外资银行在我国的发展,探讨应对策略,为银行发展战略的制定提供决策依据,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值.分析了外资银行的规模经济与范围经济对我国银行业的影响,同时,给出政策建议以增强我国银行业自身发展的能力.Foreign banks＇ entering China＇ s bank industry will create severe challenges, and the research of foreign banks＇ development in China and exploring strategies have important practical and theoretical value. The article first explains the research value of scale and scope economics of foreign banks, then analyzes the developmental scale and scope of foreign banks in China and concludes with suggestions on promoting the development of China＇ s bank industry.
