摘 要:基于绿原酸对鲁米诺-溶解氧体系化学发光反应的抑制作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了绿原酸化学发光分析法,用于人体血清、金银花水提液中绿原酸测定,实现了样品中超痕量的分析.当绿原酸的质量浓度为1.0ng·mL^-1~100.0ng·mL^-1时,化学发光强度的减小值与其浓度呈线性关系.测定的检出限为0.33ng·mL^-1,线性相关系数r^2=0.9978,加标回收率为95.8%~105.5%.在流速为2.0mL·min^-1时,该方法完成一次绿原酸的测定只需0.5min,相对标准偏差为5.0%,并且选择性和灵敏度较高.Based on the inhibitive effect of chlorogenic acid on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and dissolved oxygen in a flow injection systen,a sensitive chemiluminescence was proposed for the determination of ultra-trace chlorogenic acid. The decrease of CL intensity correlates linearly with cholorogenic acid concentration in the range from 1.0 ng · mL^-1 to 100.0ng · mL^-1 (r^2 =0. 997 8),and the detection limit is 0. 33ng · mL^-1, At a flow rate of 2.0mL · min^-1, a complete analytical process could be performed in 0. 5min, a relative standard deviationis is less than 5%. The sensitive flow infection method was applied successfully to determine the chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonieerae, human serum without any pretreatment procedure,with recovery from 95.8% to 105.5%.
