摘  要:以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料合成了TDI三聚体,用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTm)进行了反应跟踪,确定了合成反应的条件;用TDI三聚体替代TDI合成了聚丁二烯一丙烯腈共聚二醇/聚四氢呋喃二醇(HTBN/PTHF)聚氨酯/脲(PUU)弹性体,对弹性体的力学性能和耐热性能进行了测定。结果表明,随着三聚反应的进行,在1706cm^-1处异氰脲酸酯环的特征峰吸收强度增强,表明三聚化程度提高;三聚反应的最佳温度为50℃。用TDI三聚体替代TDI合成的PUU弹性体在300~420℃范围内的热稳定性要比TDI基PUU的好,但其拉伸强度、伸长率和永久变形有不同程度的下降。A TDI terpolymer was prepared by 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, analyzed by the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FFIR) and conditions of the TDI ternary polymerization reaction were confirmed. Poly-ether-urethane-urea(PUU) elastomers, which based on the mixture of polybutadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer glycol (HT- BN) and polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTHF), synthesized by TDI terpolymer instead of TDI-80/20. The mechanic and heat-resistant properties of PUU were tested. The results showed that with the increasing of co-trimerizing ring reaction, the intensity of characteristic peak ( at 1706 cm^-1 attribute to isocyanurate group) was enhanced, which revealed that the degree of co-trimerizing ring reaction of tolylene diisocyanate was increased. The optimal synthetic temperature of TDI terpolymer was 50℃. The heat-stability of PUU modified by TDI terpolymer was better than PUU modified by TDI-80/20 from 300℃ to 420℃, but the mechanic properties were lower, including tensile strength, elongation-at-break and permanent deformation.
