摘 要:单层大型地下车库在施工过程中,由于未及时覆土或突降暴雨而常发生上浮事故。本文根据亲身经历的某一大型地下车库上浮事故,利用有限元分析软件,对该大型地下车库不均匀上浮过程进行整体受力模拟,并将分析结果与现场检测结果进行对比,分析结果与实际情况吻合良好。该方法可以模拟事故发生时结构的内力、变形和构件的受损原因和受力状况,克服以往仅根据规范要求进行抗浮验算的局限性,从而使后期加固工作更有针对性。Due to delay in soil or dump heavy rain on construction, large underground garage trends to float upward. An entire force analysis of an underground garage floating process was proposed by the method of finite element analysis in the article. The outcome of the analysis have good match with that abserved in situ. The internal force, deformed shape and the cause of garage damage can be analysed clearly, which overcomes the limitations of the past anti-floatage check only in accordance with the code requirements, and the strengthening plan can be effectively made as well.
