小剂量坎地沙坦酯联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量坎地沙坦酯联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效和安全性。方法将63例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为两组。联合组患者每天早晨顿服坎地沙坦酯2mg、氢氯噻嗪6.25mg;单药组患者每天早晨顿服坎地沙坦酯2mg。两组均连续治疗8周,分别在用药第2、4、8周末随访,观察用药前后疗效及不良反应。结果用药后两组患者收缩压均较用药前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且从用药第4周末开始,联合组患者收缩压与单药组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后联合组患者总有效率为96.8%,单药组总有效率为78.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量坎地沙坦酯联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压安全、有效,较单用坎地沙坦酯疗效更佳。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of small dosages of candesartan ciexetil together with hydro- chlorothiazide in treatment for senile pure systolic hypertension. Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the union group received candesartan ciexetil （2mg） every morning and at the same time hydrochlorothiazide （6.25 mg）, while the single medicine group only received candesartan ciexetil （2mg）. Both groups continued eight weeks and they were followed up once at the second, the fourth and the eighth weekends. We observed the effects and the adverse reaction before and after the patients taking the medicine. Results Both groups had their blood pressure reduced （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Comparing the two groups, we found the union group had a clear effect in four weeks. It had a significant difference with the single medicine one （ P 〈 0. 01） and its effective rate was 96. 8% while the single medicine group 78. 1%. The difference was clear （ P 〈0.05）. Both groups had their Adverse Reactions is no clear difference （ P 〉0.05）. No significant difference between the union groups, the single medicine groups or between the union group and the single medicine groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Small dosages of candesartan ciexetil together with hydrochlorothiazide treatment of senile pure systolic hypertension safe and effective. The treatment result is better than only use candesartan ciexetil to treatment senile pure systolic hypertension.
