摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了尖晶石型LiFexMn2-xO4(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2)正极材料。XRD测试结果表明该样品具有良好的尖晶石结构。电化学性能测试的结果表明掺杂后的材料均具有较好的循环稳定性。当掺Fe量为0.05时,首次放电比容量为104.37mAh/g,50次循环后比容量还有96.73mAh/g,容量衰减率仅为7.7%。The cathode materials made of spinel LiFexMn2-xO4 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2) were prepared by a sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction showed that all the samples had perfect spinel structure. The tested resultof electrochemical performance showed that doped materials had perfect cyclic properties. The discharge specific capacity was 104.37 mAh/g at the first when Fe doping amount was 0.05. The discharge specific cycle and retained 96.73 mAh/g after 50 cycles capacity only decreased 7.7%.
