在新闻工作中贯彻“以人为本”的科学发展观

摘　　要：科学发展观的本质和核心是"以人为本"。近年来,新闻传媒在新闻选择长期态势和重大题材的新闻报道方式上,已日益凸现出"以人为本"的价值取向。但是,新闻传播中"以人为本"缺失现象还时有发生。为深入贯彻科学发展观,广大新闻工作者首先要把宣传"以人为本"的科学发展观从"中央精神解读"层面提高到"遵循新闻规律"层面,工作实践中不仅要在宣传方针上把握正确方向,在报道内容上坚持"三贴近"原则,在采写和报道中渗透人本态度,更要在新闻工作的方方面面坚持人本理念。The essence and core of the scientific development outlook is people-oriented. In recent years, the value orientation of ＂people-oriented＂ has gradually tightened in mass media, especially in choosing the news of long trend, and the reporting methods of significant events. However, the lost phenomenon of ＂people-oriented＂ in current reporting occurs occasionally in our society. In order to implement deeply the scientific development outlook of ＂people-oriented＂, pressmen should stress the concept from ＂central spirit read＂ to a higher level of ＂ follow the news rule＂. In news practice, they should not only have correct direction of propaganda policy, adhere to the ＂Three Closing＂ principle in report content, permeate the ＂people-oriented＂ attitude in interview and writing, but also insist this ideology in all aspects.
