摘　　要：阐述了凝练学校精神文化对促进学校发展的重大意义,结合承德石油高等专科学校的办学实际,论述了学校精神文化中"精神体系"和"理念体系"的构成和基本内涵。The paper introduces the importance of the condensation of ideological＇ culture in the promotion of college development. Based on the practice of running a college, the components and the basic connotative meaning of ideological system and conception system are discussed in the article.
