摘　　要：从介绍多元文化教育的涵义入手,分析了多元文化教育在积累文化底蕴、提高团队协作能力等方面对培养创新型人才的积极作用,并对多元文化教育中应正确处理的几个关系问题和多元文化教育下的课程改革与教师文化素质的提高提出了建议。This article begins with the introduction of meaning of multicultural education. It analyses active actions of multicultural education to innovative talent in cultural accumulation and cooperation ability. It also gives some advice to multicultural education of right treating with some relation problems, courses reformation and teachers＇ cultural diathesis.
