摘 要:借助Marc商用软件,采用弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法,对薄板坯CSP连轧过程的变形过程进行模拟,分析了轧制过程中各道次轧件等效应力、等效应变、等效应变速率和轧制力的变化.结果表明:在轧制变形区内,等效应变沿轧制方向逐渐增大,在轧件出口处达到最大值;而在轧件入口表面附近等效应力和等效应变速率最大;在轧制稳定阶段,轧制力在微小范围内波动;轧制力模拟值与实测值基本一致.分析结果可以为工业生产提供参考.The continuous hot rolling process of thin thermal-mechanical coupled FEM using commercial slab was studied with the aid of elastic-plastic and software Marc. Variation of equivalent stress, equivalent strain, strain rate and rolling force were also researched. The results showed that in rolling stock deformation zone the equivalent strain increased along the direction of rolling and came to maximum at outlet of workpiece. The equivalent stress and equivalent strain rate had a maximum value near the surface at the inlet of workpiece. The rolling force had a small variation during stable rolling stage. The rolling force simulated accorded with that measured. The result may serve as reference to industrial production.
