摘　　要：对中国和美国免疫程序进行了比较研究,阐述了二者间的共同点和不同点,并探讨了美国免疫程序在国际旅行者预防接种工作中的应用,从而为国际旅行卫生保健中心进一步做好国际旅行者的预防接种和保健咨询工作提供科学参考。To provide scientific references for healthcare personnel to recommend effective and exact vaccination program to the travelers, the immunization schedules recommended by China and America and its differences were introduced and its application in traveler vaccination was discussed.
