血管内皮生长因子及其可溶性Flt-1在子痫前期患者血清中的水平及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其可溶性受体1(Flt-1)的水平及意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定30例子痫前期患者孕晚期及临产前、产后血清VEGF及其sFlt-1水平,并与正常孕妇30例对照比较。结果:两组在孕晚期及临产前的VEGF、sFlt-1水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。轻度子痫前期与重度子痫前期患者在孕晚期及临产前的VEGF、sFlt-1水平比较,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组在产后的VEGF、sFlt-1水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者血清中sFlt-1水平于孕晚期及临产前较正常孕妇明显增高,而VEGF水平降低,提示VEGF、sFlt-1可作为诊断子痫前期的指标。Objective：To research the significance and level in the serum of patients with the preeclampsia in their solubility receptor 1 （Flt-1） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）. Method： To adopt the way of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） to test 30 examples of patients with preeclanapsia and 30 examples of normal pregnant women in late pregnancy and before laboring, postpartum in the serum vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and its sFlt-1 level, and to make their comparison. Results： Compare the preeclampsia patients with normal in both groups of pregnant women in their late pregnancy and before laboring and the VEGF and sFlt-1 levels show a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Comparing the preeclampsia of lower degree with preeclampsia patients of higher degree in their late pregnancy and before laboring, the VEGF and sFlt-1 levels also show a significant difference （P〈0.01）. The levels of VEGF, sFlt-1 in the postpartum for two groups with comparison are of little statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The sFlt-1 level in the serum with preeclampsia patients for their late pregnancy and before laboring is significantly higher than normal pregnant women, and the VEGF level is significantly lower, suggesting that VEGF and sFlt-1 can be used as the diagnostic testing indicators for the preeclampsia.
