摘　　要：对于光学层析技术(OCT)的原理以及光学层析技术的2类传统算法进行了详尽的分析和阐述,对其各自的优缺点做了比较,并对目前在传统算法基础上发展起来的各种新算法做了简单的介绍.The principle of the Optical Compute Tomography （OCT） and two kinds of the traditional OCT algorithms are discussed and their advantages and disadvantages are compared, then many kinds of new algorithms based on OCT in the later years are introduced.
