摘　　要：江苏作为全国的经济大省和强省,充分释放资本市场功能,对提升江苏经济发展的质量和水平,增强国际竞争力十分重要。在对江苏资本市场发展现状及成因分析的基础上,提出了发展江苏资本市场与经济发展良性互动的建议及对策。As the important economy province, Jiangsu province fully releases the function of capital market, which is important for Jiangsu province to enhance the quality and economic development and enhance the international competitiveness of our province. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the status quo of the capital market development and the formation causes of the Jiangsu capital market, brings forward some advice of developing the capital market and the economy of Jiangsu.
