银川市城市土地资源可持续评价研究

摘　　要：城市土地持续利用是可持续发展的重要组成部分,城市土地利用系统是自然、经济和社会复合系统。本文通过建立银川城市土地持续利用评价指标体系的基本框架和评价方法,从资源环境、经济和社会3个方面确定了22项评价指标以及管理调控指标等,并对银川市城市土地持续利用程度进行了定量分析和评价。The sustainable use of urban land is a vital part of the sustainable development. Urban land utilization system is a composite system of natural, economic, and social systems. This paper establishes a basic frame and evaluation means to mark the sustainable development of urban land utilization based on 22 indexes from environment, economy and society, and analyzes quantitatively the sustainable utilization extent of urban land in Yinchuan.
